I bought my home in Red Bank six years ago and have lived there ever since. I work in the financial software industry.
I follow technological developmenents not only because that is the field I work in but also because I am an avid user of technology. I am what the industry would call an early adoptor.
I am not politically active in Red Bank, nor am I affiliated with any political party.
I wrote this blog because I happen to have an interest in this particular subject and I live in this town.

My Tech Setup
My current home theater is made up of these components:SONY XBR960 High Def Television equipped with a CableCard
Intel Mac Min connected to the SONY via DVI>HDMI serving video, music and pictures
Mac Mini is hooked up to a firewire iSight for keeping in touch with the family in Florida
Tivo Series 2 80 DVR
I subscribe to Verizon Wireless Cellular Service and I use a Motorola e815 to access that service
I subscribe to Verizon FIOS internet service 15 down 2 up
I subscribe to AT&T's callvantage Voice over IP service, used for local and long distance phone calls.
I subscribe to Sirius satellite radio and access it using the Sirius sportster with replay
Tom and his fiance Eileen Sat. May 20th 2006 on the beach where they got engaged.
